SHERVEST CONSULTANCY – Terms and Conditions for Investors

By making an investment with SHERVEST CONSULTANCY, the investor agrees to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern our relationship regarding investments, returns, and other related matters.

1. Minimum Capital Investment

  • The minimum capital required for investment is ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees). No investment below this amount will be accepted.

2. Estimated Returns

  • We do not guarantee exact returns. The estimated monthly returns range between 5% to 15% depending on market conditions. These are indicative returns, and actual returns may vary.

3. Brokerage Fee

  • SHERVEST CONSULTANCY charges a 17.5% brokerage fee on the profits and 12.5% capital gain taxes earned from the investment.
  • The Investor will receive 70% of the profits after the brokerage fee has been deducted.

4. No Brokerage on Losses

  • In the event of a loss in the market, no brokerage fee will be charged. No need to pay any fees if there is no profit made in a particular month.

5. NISM Certification

  • KATHI PHANENDHAR (FOUNDER of SHERVEST) is NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certified, ensuring that we operate according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Urgent Capital Withdrawal

  • If the Investor requires urgent access to their funds, we will provide up to 25% of the total capital within 48 working hours, subject to availability.
  • Taxes 18% will apply if investment is withdrawn before completing 3 months.

7. Full Capital Withdrawal

  • If the Investor wishes to withdraw their full capital, we will return 100% of the capital by the end of the week after the notice is provided.

8. Withdrawal Documentation Requirement

  • To initiate a capital withdrawal, the Investor must submit the deposit withdrawal documents signed by them, in accordance with our formal procedures.

9. Correct Bank Account Details

  • It is the Investor’s responsibility to ensure that the bank account details provided to us are accurate and up to date.
  • We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect bank details submitted by the Investor.

10. Security of Investment

  • SHERVEST CONSULTANCY takes all necessary measures to safeguard your investment, following industry-standard practices.
  • However, the stock market is inherently volatile, and there are always risks associated with any form of investment.

11. Office Visiting Hours

  • Investors are welcome to visit our office during business hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • If required, prior appointments may be made for specific services.

12. Risk Disclosure

Investing in the stock market involves inherent risks, and SHERVEST CONSULTANCY strongly encourages all investors to fully understand these risks before proceeding with investments.

a. Market Volatility

  • The stock market is subject to fluctuations due to economic factors, market sentiment, political events, and other unpredictable variables.
  • Returns may vary from month to month, and there is no guarantee of profitability.

b. Risk of Loss

  • There is always a risk of loss when investing in the stock market.
  • While our team aims to generate positive returns, the market may experience periods of negative performance.

c. No Guarantee of Returns

  • We do not guarantee fixed or specific returns on your investment.
  • Estimated returns of 5% to 15% per month are based on historical trends and analysis, but actual returns may be higher or lower.

d. Market Liquidity

  • The liquidity of certain investments may fluctuate, and in some cases, it may take longer than expected to withdraw or liquidate assets.

e. External Factors

  • Returns can be significantly affected by external factors, including government regulations, tax changes, global market conditions, and financial crises.

13. Terms of Investment

  • Investment Strategy: Investments are managed with a goal of long-term growth, but short-term fluctuations may occur.
  • Management of Funds: The funds invested by you will be managed by Indhar Share Market Consultancy.
  • No Liability for Market Losses: The consultancy shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to market conditions.
  • Investor’s Responsibility: Investors must stay informed about their investments and market changes.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • SHERVEST CONSULTANCY reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Disputes will be resolved through discussion or subject to jurisdiction of courts.
  • Investors cannot transfer their rights without prior written consent.

15. Nominee

  • Mentioning a nominee is mandatory for every investor to ensure smooth transfer of assets in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • It ensures legal protection and continuity in investment management.

As your consultant, we want to ensure you understand the risks involved in stock market investments.
