By making an investment with SHERVEST CONSULTANCY, the investor agrees to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern our relationship regarding investments, returns, and other related matters.<\/p>\n

1. Minimum Capital Investment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • The minimum capital required for investment is \u20b91,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees). No investment below this amount will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Estimated Returns<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • We do not guarantee exact returns. The estimated monthly returns range between 5% to 15% depending on market conditions<\/strong>. These are indicative returns, and actual returns may vary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Brokerage Fee<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • SHERVEST CONSULTANCY charges a 17.5% brokerage fee on the profits<\/strong> and 12.5% capital gain taxes<\/strong> earned from the investment.<\/li>\n
      • The Investor will receive 70% of the profits<\/strong> after the brokerage fee has been deducted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. No Brokerage on Losses<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • In the event of a loss in the market, no brokerage fee will be charged. No need to pay any fees if there is no profit made in a particular month.<\/li><\/ul>\n

          5. NISM Certification<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • KATHI PHANENDHAR (FOUNDER of SHERVEST) is NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certified, ensuring that we operate according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Urgent Capital Withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • If the Investor requires urgent access to their funds, we will provide up to 25% of the total capital within 48 working hours<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/li>\n
            • Taxes 18%<\/strong> will apply if investment is withdrawn before completing 3 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Full Capital Withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

              • If the Investor wishes to withdraw their full capital, we will return 100% of the capital by the end of the week<\/strong> after the notice is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Withdrawal Documentation Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

                • To initiate a capital withdrawal, the Investor must submit the deposit withdrawal documents signed by them, in accordance with our formal procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • It is the Investor\u2019s responsibility to ensure that the bank account details provided to us are accurate and up to date.<\/li>\n

                      • Investors are welcome to visit our office during business hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
